I hope the insomnia is worth it...or it goes away. I know how that goes.

Yep. The era of the robber baron is still in full swing...

Also, Harlequin rebranded Book 4 as A Christmas Negotiation last year. So if you see this cover, it's the same book as A Christmas Rendezvous.

I believe we should all do as much good as we can. The world and humanity are not ours to plunder. Some of these people could fix systemic problems. But instead, there's an election to buy, so that you can force your will on other people. It infuriates me.

...and I just got my Apple Music replay for the year and my top-played album? FLOWERS. It's such an under-appreciated record! Love love love you! (But yes, I did name a character Echo in one of the 43 romance novels I've published. It's called Gray Hair Don't Care.)

Seriously, y'all will always hold such a special place in my heart. I have been a fan since 1982. My 26 yo daughter loves you, too, as does my husband. We have everything you've ever done on vinyl and listen often. I have a friend who spent an entire month following you around England in the 80s.

I WISH! I live in Chapel Hill, NC, where there are countless kick-ass musicians, and this is a group of folks from various bands you may or may not have heard before. They did a shorter Echo set at a fundraiser a year ago and people went bonkers for it, so now they're doing a longer one tonight.

The extra hilarious part? My hubby's company holiday party is tomorrow night and what's the entertainment? An Echo & the Bunnymen cover band. World's colliding! (And yes, my hubby's company is super cool...)
