I have named the dark box that's holding all of my stress and emotional issues "Bruno" so I don't have to talk about it.
One of these days I'll have a real down but we're just gonna ignore that for now.

I have named the dark box that's holding all of my stress and emotional issues "Bruno" so I don't have to talk about it.
One of these days I'll have a real down but we're just gonna ignore that for now.

But I wonder if the thinking was "a dark color should be the worst because this is awful and we need to show the bleakness of the situation"
Also, a lot of health insurance companies use blue so that could be where blue came from. 🤷♀️

Fast-foward to today & I have good friends and partners who actually care. Took awhile but I got there.
RSD still kicks my ass from time to time. But fortunately the time spent in those holes are less than they use to be.
