Agreed. It's ridiculous to get "free for two years" deal with my new Cadillac Lyriq, but yet most of the stations are broken.

Someone should really be vetting their existing system before they go investing all this money into new chargers. They are FAILING their customers. This might indicate they are in this game for the free install money from grants and governments, but not actually interested in maintaining their gear
