I don't really know how i got out of those situations, but simply focusing on something else always helped me, or drawing first thing in the morning after I had an idea the night before also helps me too. The point is, if you love drawing and writing, you will come back to it

From my experience, this does sound like you are burnt out... sometimes I want to draw, but the feeling that I get from whenever I draw something I'm genuinely proud of just isn't there...
