They hit a homerun with the Restoration kit for me. I tend to like the ones that offers a mix of stuff that together can make up a room and this one those that. Small clutter, big deco pieces, shelves, functional objects plus a really cool 50s appliance set. #Thesims4

All flooring shifted one story above where it is supposed to and a sim standing through the floor. A very long staircase clipping through the whole building. A house without any flooring. Successfully placing a new foundation on a premade lot.

A luxury but toned down parlor going in beige/brown/blue tones. It closely resembles the original living room in the Ophelia Villa, but the furniture is rearranged. A grand dining room going in dark colors and red curtains/seats. The second story hallway with stairs coming from the first floor and going to the third floor. It has dark tones and red wallpapers. In the middle of the room there is a grand piano. The backyard of the manor featuring a graveyard and an outdoor table with grill. The landscaping is quite lush.
