We enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces as we reflected on 100 years of making an impact in our community and shared our vision for a more equitable Kalamazoo County. The atmosphere was electric and we can't wait to do it again next year! #LoveWhereYouLive

Dano is the co-host of WMUK 102.1 FM (Alma Latina), founder of the Adelante Dano podcast, state organizer for United Farmworkers Foundation, and co-chair of the Southwestern Michigan Migrant Resource Council.

Dano is the co-host of WMUK 102.1 FM (Alma Latina), founder of the Adelante Dano podcast, state organizer for United Farmworkers Foundation, and co-chair of the Southwestern Michigan Migrant Resource Council.
As a teenager, Dano worked at a local restaurant on weekends, washing dishes and serving as a prep cook. He went on to attend Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Western Michigan University.
