I'm trying to not replace the zipper. But, that is the fall back in case that this doesn't work. Sew up the seam of the zipper along my side, and then give myself a zipper up the back.

So since this happened at BLFC, I was able to enlist the help of @sitku.kitsune.place to help open up where I need to find the bottom of the zipper. And now I'm just waiting on a new zipper head in the mail to try and... put it all back together. SO! We'll see.
