1. Many games now feel like an overpriced store front than a game
2. Not every game needs a long term engagement plan (battle passes, excessive grind)
3. It's better to wait for a GOTY edition ect because you overall pay less and the game is closer to an optimized state it should have been at launch

My husband and i made 300 (and still going) custom pokecard packs (all comes witb a holo and something extra :)) for Halloween for children.
Since they cant get anything because of scalpers - we are making sure at halloween every child gets something fun and exciting <3
