It's exactly what happened to my fathers pc, ended up buying a whole new system because of it, I have a theory that Microsoft pick pc's at random and introduce problems via updates to make people buy new hardware / push them onto windows 11 for the purpose of using their systems as part of ai botnet

I went from an AMD RX 470 4GB to the RTX 3060 12GB after trying Alan Wake 2 and getting "ONE" frame per second with the lowest possible settings, and then thinking wow Unreal Engine 5 is actually horse shit... but also, wanted to play Cyberpunk 2077 smoother lol.. so yeah 3060 is nice

Microsoft introduced a problem not long ago via an update that messes with pc's booting, I'd be interested to see if you were to do a clean install of windows would your system then act normally and boot without issue.

Always back up important data before doing clean installs.

I have ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus Wi-Fi, it is pretty good... cpu used is Ryzen 5 3600, 5600 is essentially an improved version of that, funnily enough I also have a 12gb RTX 3060, although only 16gb of system memory, I can play cyberpunk 2077 which I think is pretty good for a pc to be able to do.
