Not the neatest presentation, but they taste like they came out of a cookie tin, so I'm calling that a success.

This week's baking experiment: vanilla pretzel sablés made with King Arthur measure for measure GF flour. This is my first attempt at making them in this shape and with raw sugar sprinkled on top.
Forty unbaked cookies are lined up on parchment-lined baking sheets. They vaguely resemble pretzels.

After a lot of dredging, I have two one-gallon freezer bags full, and a quality assurance cookie left over to sample.

Pecan crescents are coming out of the oven! I need to let them cool and then I can dredge them in confectioner's sugar. My apartment smells of vanilla and pecans.

Confirmation Bias Role players do not search for information that supports their beliefs or ignores contradictory facts (i.e. confirmation bias) There is a footnote citing Daniel Kahneman's Thinking Fast and Slow, presumably to define "confirmation bias."
