Sometimes transcribing work isn't so bad. Like when someone clearly wrote "risk scones" instead of "risk zones" and you just imagine the delight, or not, of said scone.

And this is just the stuff with a fair degree of scientific backing and evidence.
I compiled a list of things you "should" and "need" to do to prevent cancer. I looked at advice from 5 clinics, 4 institutes/orgs, and 5 books. The list came to 100 items, including conflicting advice (mostly around supplements tbh).
This is a burden of illness.
