See... I have a Malinois/Husky mix. It's winter in the midwest. This goober does not want to be inside. Problem comes in when I am equally uninterested in opening the door ninety times a day. So I go 'hey, maybe a dog door isn't a bad idea.'

Thank you for reminding me that it is a bad idea.

Hi, I'm Quinlan! I grew up training working dogs, and I'm still doing it to this day. I specialize in obedience, service dogs, and behavioral rehab. I teach in-person in NE IL, and virtual lessons anywhere!

K9Kaliber.com is where you'll find me. Thank you for supporting independent dog training! <3

We can certainly hope so! I remember when Tesla was considered cutting edge and the best of the best. That was short-lived... Aged like Caesar salad left in direct sunlight.

Ooh, I feel that. But! The more that we use our libraries, the better funded they become, and they *do* pay for their books (including e-books!), so the author is still being paid for their work and you're supporting the librarians and excellent people who work right there in your community <3

Or just... Support small businesses so we don't die. Some of us are still clawing through day to day and have been since the pandemic, a week of no work is a death knell for us. We'd like to feed our families, too.

Other indies, PLEASE, ask for a repost, ask for a share, and do the same for me! Let's build each other up, it makes a difference! We're not invisible anymore if we're all boosting each other <3

I don't even know this dog and I'm shattered over what this 'trainer' did to her. She deserved better. The owners deserved a trainer that would have taught them, helped them. Too late, now.

I love my job. I **HATE** my industry.

This dog had worse than no training, she had bad training. Bad training ruined this dog's future. Instead of teaching her owners, he threw hard corrections at her and expected it to work, sent her home and washed his hands of her. Instead of seeing a dog who needs help, he saw dollar signs.
