P99 conf is great. I like that they pre-recorded all talks and then you get to chat in real time with the speaker about the topic

But in order to close litigation you open yourself up for higher risk of more frequent future litigation, rather than negate it.

If it’s not simple mechanical judgment it will be encoded with biases which will diminish desired variability. Probably not the right tool.
