Gun rights advocates have long argued that the 2nd Amendment would serve as a check on an authoritarian government. But now that there are indeed “jack-booted government thugs” and “masked, massively armed mobs of screaming, swearing agents” attacking Americans, the NRA seems rather quiet. 3/5🧵
