Another golden idea from Dr. Hogan! Offering bonuses after a specific portion of a class completes course evals!
This was a practicality I struggled with when reading Hogan and Sathy’s book on Inclusive Teaching. I’m so excited to learn of this possibility to keep waitlisted students in the loop as a semester begins!
Moving institutions allows you to see impact of small tweaks in system level decisions.
Previous: waitlisted students not in LMS
Current: are in LMS
Impact-
1) waitlisted students actually have access to announcements/materials in case they get enrolled.
2) Fewer instructor emails

Does your robot vacuum like its job? I assume mine does but wonder if it has different goals than I’ve set for it.
