Yes, and the evidence for those listed was presented in courts through due process and either adjudicated or dropped when he was elected.

With all the criticism of the health insurance business from these folks (also known as biting the had that feeds them), I can't help but wonder if a move toward Universal Health Care might be in order after the next Midterms and Presidential elections.

No. He's referring to tariff income and investment flows, and sometimes mixing in pledges or expectations about future investment totals associated with his policies. The usual Trump exaggeration, and it certainly doesn't include the costs passed onto American consumers by the tariffs/policies.
