Ok, a couple more before heading out to the garden. This is "Cat's Meow" & "It's a Beautiful Day". They are the lids to complete boxes.

Turning off as much politics as possible for the next few days (if I can). Meanwhile I am going to post my art which has helped me center myself. Each piece has a name. This one is called "Octopus's Garden". All made from paper, glue, clay, paint & my imagination. I hope you like what I'm sharing. ✌🏼

More of what I do when I need to chill. Paper-mache boxes made from old discarded library books, acrylics, glue & clay & a little imagination. They all have titles but I won't list them. Just wanted to show that anyone can create all kinds of art because I have. If I can, you can too can! 😊

The Story of a Little Red Boat. I use acrylics, ear swabs & a bamboo skewer.

One of my acrilic "Dancing Colors" How it's made: layers upon layers of paint, raised over my head, I then dance, moving the paint until it stops. This is one example of the outcome.

I picked these out of my lawn a few days ago. I believe them to be Lepista tarda Peck but not completely sure.

There are days when I just want to stay in bed. Other days I want to scream "WHAT THE FUCK PEOPLE!! Other days I want rainbows and butterflies....or a smile from my pup.

I'm not sure this is worthy of posting but this is what I'm doing to help my brain recover from the greatest loss of democracy in my lifetime. Introducing "The Story of a Little Red Boat". She travels to many places in my head.
