a2) TBH 98% of my clients continue to work with me, but for the 2% who don't I cover them with my "Worry-free web maintenance" for 30 days. During that time, I schedule admin walk through/hand off + also deliver any files from the project they would like (I hold nothing "hostage"). #FreelanceFriends

That is awesome, Sandy! I'm someone who has very long client retention as well. As for the raising of the rates, with my long term folks, I do bump that up as the years go by and they're very understanding. #FreelanceFriends

I am a file packrat! I just learned over time that so many clients are not ... and they lose files and then I am the go-to for file retrieval. Only I have all my folders on external backup drives. #FreelanceFriends
