This isn't the best time of year for bells. But once you get a foreign fruit, plant it (and its subsequent fruit) until you have dozens of foreign fruit trees. That's the best way to get bells at the start. If you can play on Toy Day for Jingle furniture, do that too. Otherwise, fish & bell rock.
