I just did not have time. Due to all of that I have put back on a decent amount of that weight and been bouncing back and forth. I feel like I'm on track again now (without the help of the adipex) and am sitting at only about 29 pounds added back and hoping I can keep pushing and get back to that /2

And to make it more strange - I am half way through a steroid pack that my doctor prescribed 3-4 days ago and that hunger level has been pretty consistent the entire time.

Yes 😁 my first interaction with online friends from Canada had them very confused because I call them toques. No memory of where I picked that up. Just have been calling them that for as long as I can remember
