This year has really pushed my boundaries and tested me which sucked but I also ended up learning a lot from it. There were a lot of moments which felt overwhelming and that helped create this post about how to manage anxiety when you feel overwhelmed. I hope it helps anyone else out there also struggling with this.

Anyway, I woke up and stretched my arms as I usually do but because I was still sleepy I stretched them a little too much. We're almost done with this year, guys. Can you even believe it's November? Like I literally can't believe it. It feels like just yesterday I was talking about my new years resolutions and now I'm thinking of how I'll celebrate the end of the year. The older I get, the more I find myself thinking about how short our life actually is.

Depending on what time zone you're located in, it's already Halloween or will be Halloween very soon. So Happy Halloween, everyone- I hope you have an amazing day whether you're choosing to celebrate or not! Personally, I'm not sure if I'll be going out. To be honest, I was hoping to go to something Halloween themed happening in my city but nothing has stood out to me and most things are pretty far from where I live and kind of expensive.
