Proposal to McDonald's from the National Legal and Policy Center called for "eliminating discriminatory DEI goals" from exec compensation. MCD Board recommended shareholders vote to reject the proposal, calling it: "unnecessary, overly prescriptive and would not provide any benefit to shareholders."
