@mark-carney.bsky.social Looks like Trans Mountain can well afford to PROTECT salmon habitat in 100s of streams along entire route from AB to Burnaby & pay the $ 292K fine for breaches of either laws and CER Conditions ie SAR for endangered snails near Sumas River and improper pump infrastructure! 😡
