It’s making me physically nauseous to agree with Massie and MTG, but here we are. Good for them standing up to Trump - I respect them more than the GOP scum who are only going to sign onto the petition now that they know it’s guaranteed to pass.

Not “theoretically”, legally - he has no legal authority to issue a pardon for state charges. He has no more authority than you or I have to pardon these scumbags. Congress has nothing to do with this.

These are state prosecutions and he has no power to do this.
