Arm day total lift was 25,100 lbs 💪🏻 still doing light weights and avoiding any exercises that would strain my back while I recover from an injury.

Weighed in at 193.2 lbs today, 19.1% body fat, and 148.3 lbs muscle mass. Working hard lately and the results are really showing! 💪🏻

Had a migraine last night that ultimately caused me to barf. Finally feeling better today after taking 2 hours of sick time to get some extra sleep from a Benadryl coma.

I’ve picked up some shows this year that I’m super excited about! I’ll be helping out at Lupercalia: A Burlesque Love Show on Feb 15 and will be performing solo and with my sad boi pals for an Edgar Allen Bros comeback at the TRIBUTES: Fall Out Boy show! More to come!
