It was a privilege to perform the Bruch Kol Nidrei with the Maitland Symphony Orchestra this past Sunday. I’ve played it many with piano, but this is my first time with full orchestra

Creepy Dog and Stolen Tree wish you a Merry Christmas. My mom stole the tree from her doctors office and my wife made the dog as a childhood art project. I think they go nicely together. #happyholidays

Part of the Chanukah tradition is to place the light menorah either outside or in a window where outsiders can see it. This is supposed to advertise the miracle of Chanukah. These days, it is also a way of saying, “This is a Jewish home.”
Every year I think about how it is also an act of bravery.
