It seems to me, despite this being a cheesy PR stunt, that anything that shows women in roles that were traditionally male is good for helping girls to see themselves in those roles.

But were the previous launches any different, apart from the famous 'crew' being mostly male: Jeff Bezos, William Shatner, some NFL athlete...so is the problem that they were celebrities or that they were FEMALE celebrities?
