After months of renovations on the house, two GotJunk? truckloads, a massive storage unit, and some well-placed buys and sale finds… I’m hosting Thanksgiving at my house tomorrow. I’m actually looking forward to this holiday season more than I have in decades.

Starting the third week in my late dad’s house. Haven’t closed my windows yet since the rainstorm in Ft Worth Friday night. Brubeck & Getz are the soundtrack as I do more purging on the house - working on the living room and office. Got through three cabinets yesterday.

With so many cast members who have passed “beyond the rim,” can it have the same magic?
It can, and it does. Not only does it tell a solid story, it fills in a couple of gaps with the overarching saga in a REALLY satisfying way.
