Welp. The good food feeling has come to a downer mood. Class is having a potluck and like 2/3 of people might be bringing wheat/gluten dishes I can’t eat. I often forget that the wider world is inedible to me

I am getting hella way better at least at using food up at home this week. and eating leftovers. I feel like that was a mild debacle for me usually, so huzzah for small victories (I cooked all weekend and ate many a leftover and only threw out one bought dish that I had let get too old by accident)
