Its just a vendor aggregator for pharmaceuticals. Basically they get prices from tons of different vendors and offer you the lowest one and they make their money off of what is essentially a brokerage fee.

I have no idea. But for reference a bit under 17k Ehthiopian Jews came to israel between 1980 an 89 in a country of roughly 4 million, so like, less than a half of a percent of the population? Also many would have been sent to kibbutzim to learn the language and so would not have been in cities.

Also mind you that there are more Mizrahi and Palestinians in Israel than there are Ashkenazi, by a pretty wide margin, most Ashkenazi either died in the holocaust or went to the US.
