I know you're not supposed to unit test a non-deterministic subsystem, but I needed a test that I could reliably run to make sure the LLM on the far end was being spun up and responsive. So: "BEEP BOOP" it is.

It may have been an average essay if it were placed in the context of a classroom's-worth of random word salad generated by Markov models.

It may have been an average essay if we were doing non-Euclidean geometry and redefining centroids and means

It may have been an average essay but it wasn't.

It may have been an average essay in a parallel universe

It may have been an average essay if the author hadn't set out in bad faith to dunk on trans people, but alas we'll never know what it might have become

It may have been an average essay if Hemingway had written it, while hung over

> overturn the two-party duopoly

Every journalist should print a copy of this flow chart near their desk in every election year. Third party candidates are NEVER viable under first-past-the-post unless a major-party candidate is flatly unviable. The story should be "do they know they're a spoiler"?

I am sure that West Coast software product managers have a nickname for it, e.g. "roll out the new feature and put a Later Loop on it" but I haven't heard the name(s) for all of them. I know the term 'dark pattern' but I haven't seen a good exhaustive list of them.

Coming downstairs in the morning to find that my PC has rebooted overnight is a little irritating. Finding this screen, though, is going to turn me into the Joker.

The PC is almost ten years old. I promise you, it's set up the way I want it. I'm FULLY done setting up my PC.

I'm going to have to totally rewrite this section now, but yes, this outcome was ... maybe not *predictable*, but *unsurprising*, once you realize how these things are wired up.

This play was apparently called "HURRICANE" in the huddle. The formation looks like "Tush Push", but two eligible players kick out left, pulling defenders with them. Patrick Ricard, the fullback, kicks right and blows out the one perimeter blocker. Andrews boots right and runs for daylight.

I find it as a spelling of "Guinees lijwaet", the Dutch/Flemish word for Guinea-cloth, Gujarati cloth exported to Africa. Cormontine is the port in modern Ghana, right?

The three-letter codes ("Zxx") are zones on the attached map. All of the "UNTIL 0330" notes are saying night shift is a skeleton crew, and staffing triggers are putting them on different rules, incl. things like Chicago (ZAU) doing "capping & tunneling".

Adjacent and related: I hope some KY voters can make the journey from

"Why can't I vote against Mamdani?" to
"But if I can't vote in that election, why was it on Fox News so much?" to
"Well what do they get from making me angry about that?"

...but I'm not holding my breath.
