A charitable explanation would be– Labour, the Tories and Reform want to form the next govt; the Lib Dems have more of a local focus. Nobody in the LDs thinks of Davey as the next PM– a good result would be 100+ MPs. It's still a local threat to the Tories, but not a nationwide one like Reform is.

I was quite confused about the complete lack of change in Overground signage when I last went through London a few weeks ago– interesting to see the explanation.
