Great workout this evening...Today I mainly focus on cardio that way I can see where I'm at when I weigh myself in the morning since I last weighed myself in about a month...I'm gonna probably focus more cardio then hit 1 or 2 machines if I have time...This year is gonna be a good year... I know it.
