Subject 1 (July 2023) shows the most qualities of fermentation before i’ve conducted the test, and Subject 2 (November 2023) shows slightly less, and i need to see if the control shares these because they can also present naturally.

I am currently doing an experiment . I have two bottles from 2023, one expired in July 2023 and one expired November 2023 (the one i consumed), and i will get a control of a brand new one, and then i will have one with yeast added inside.
