It's always a good time to be thinking about Farscape! It was my first scifi love and when I go back to it now, I can still—endearingly and embarrassingly—see how it shaped me as a person. It's such a strange and lovable show.

with its characters, and lets them make mistakes and grow from them in a way that endears it to me enormously. And the casting is so bang on, all the main three are consistently compelling to me even when the show goes full hijinks (and then does a hard left into heartbreaking drama).

Yesssss, I've seen it... too many times by now, but it really feels different on second watch, because you notice all the little cues and foreshadowing. Li Lianhua's arc breaks my heart, and the show feels remarkably sensitive about his health issues/disability to me. But it's generally so good +

I will absolutely second Mysterious Lotus Casebook! It has kind of consumed me, so maybe I'm biased, but the acting, the music, the action scenes, all of it is just thoroughly charming.

I do many of these things already in my writing, but this is still such a helpful holistic look at how to build a sex scene. And with the all-important "anything you do, do it with your whole chest", which really is the golden rule here. Thank you for writing this!
