I don't have screenshots, but I remember CR's CCs for Kageki Shojo weren't very good, which is weird considering the CCs for it on FUNimation's website were just fine!

I'm all for it. I'll always respect kids shows that don't try to hide how cruel the world can be and don't condescend or talk down to their audience. It's the reason why I love shows like Nobody's Boy Remi (Which you should totally watch) and pretty much all of World Masterpiece Theater.

Indeed. Lots of great dubs used remote recording, such as Arte, Akudama Drive (or anything by Kocha Sound, really), Memories, Case Study of Vanitas, Pluto, the works.

It also just got a brand new, uncut English dub for the first time, since the last time Angel's Egg was brought over, it was mish-mashed into a live-action movie called In The Aftermath: Angels Never Sleep.

It really says a lot that Tsuburaya is doing a better job at this in regards to the Ultraman series than Bandai is doing with Gundam. Hell, even Digimon figured this out with the advent of both Beatbreak and Time Stranger!

I do! I never pulled torrents back then, as I didn't start doing that until much later, but I did use the forum quite a lot!

I know some of the TV series are streaming on Crunchyroll, but not all of them have their dubs.

Them and the new AnimEigo too! They got a World Masterpiece Theater title, Romeo's Blue Skies, which is a fantastic show that deserves more love! It's the first WMT title to get a complete home video release!

I mean, considering what the movie looks like, I doubt white subtitles against a lot of things that are white in the movie would be very easy on the eyes.
