-end Citizens United (get $$
out of politics)
-term limits for Congress/SCOTUS
-expand SCOTUS to 13 (to match number of Districts) with 10 or 15 yr terms, and rotate case assignments
-have Electoral College match popular vote (or get rid of it completely)
-6 wk elections/ swearing in
