I was told that I could have fysio at home.
Now it seems that there is an extra charge.
And i have to contact them, which is an issue because of my breathing, or lack thereof.
Yet more frustration as everything on their website has already been tried so not going to be a success.

It's a strange feeling.
At 3:30 woken by the pain. Took a painkiller, tried to get a little more sleep.
6:00 gave up. Barely able to move, took half an hour to shuffle from one room to another.
7:00 took my stim, and now that strange feeling of a slow thaw. One by one muscles stop hurting.

Tech is more than AI. In fact "what is AI?" is going to be my only question.

Cheaper is NOT better. It just means that you have screwed more people in the production chain.
I don't want cheapest, I want best, & to know that everyone in the chain got a fair price.

My new numpad arrived from China. And well packaged, and they even included a set of switches. Ok it is only 17 switches, but it was described as bare bones, so that is a nice extra.

Today is my birthday (hi, old!) & of course, such an occasion made me look back at the past year. My journey as an artist, as a person.

Meds to lower BP. "Well tolerated" she said.
So resp rate is now at 50, headache, dizzy, etc.
I just want to be able to breathe. Then I could sleep.
Then exercise.

UK, I have long said that the UK needs to have ID cards. Especially after I moved here to Europe.
But Digital ID on your phone... mandatory!
