Listening back to underwater and under-ice #fieldrecordings on a glacier in #Svalbard is like travelling back to another part of the arctic environment. There's so much we don't sense, much more than what meets the ear and the eye. Much more to learn. Much more to protect.

The online version of More Than Us for Hiscox Insurance was made with two distinct intentions: 1. To open it up to a wider audience and 2. to integrate sound. We followed a similar aesthetics of the permanent work; geometric shapes inspired by Suprematist paintings. morethanus.life

More Than Us, my digital artwork @hiscoxinsurance.bsky.social's London HQ uses AI + AL to visualise how data, randomness + climate chaos shape our collective story. Thanks Studio TILT for weaving it into the space, award-nominated + featured in Amazing Architecture, FRAME, SBID+ Mix Interiors 🏆

Had the privilege of meeting the legendary @dameevelynglennie.bsky.social last month. We discussed our sound-emitting wooden sculptures (pic 1), how vibrations resonate through the body, her collection of 3000+ percussion instruments, and more! Her advice will stay with us for a lifetime.

Feel incredibly lucky to have featured in this young artist's research project! ✨ Ethan and his mum Kathleen sent these from New Jersey, USA some years ago and, as you can see, they're beautiful! I can confirm that, although some time has passed, the facts are on point.

We recently had the privilege of meeting with our new collaborator Julian Treasure. Julian will be helping us understand our Shaped Sound sculptures as conduits for richer listening experiences & improved wellbeing. As he's a leading expert, writer & speaker on sound, we couldn't be more excited ✨
