You haven't lived until your cat gets out and dogs scare him thirty feet up a tree. Poor Coffey. And the fire department said it's too dangerous for them to use their ladder and the animal control lady confessed she likes dogs better and won't risk her neck for a cat. Keep being an awesome human.

They made me laugh this morning. All I could think that might in Celeste's mind was "lie back and think of England, luv" but in fact, her baby daddy, Zeke, was just assertively grooming her with both of his arms around her neck. #catsofbluesky

I would love to describe this spring thunderstorm for you. My backyard faces east, towards Denver and the plains beyond. This storm is coming from the WNW.
You can hear and see it, but you can't SMELL it. Wet leaves, fresh cut grass, petrichor, and someone cooking burgers. Delicious.

Today while driving between Meowtel cat sitting clients, I noticed this wet red tailed hawk. She was cool, and she was close, and I'm glad I had a few minutes to watch her.
