Yes and no - it is harder to write without our regular routine, but I find it cozy to bundle up and write in the winter, so it’s more about negotiating mama time 🤩 #momswritersclub

I def struggle with this! My first project is dual POV so I started with the character who proves to be most problematic. In my second project, I’m keeping it simple with one first person pov. #momswritersclib

I must have written a hundred variations on the opening chapter for my first manuscript! Finally put it on a shelf while I work on a different project. There’s so much pressure on the opening pages, sometimes I like to just jump in at chapter 2 🤩 #momswritersclub

“Mulling” for me means writing a variety of scenes to see how they feel, get a sense for the central conflict or character’s driving question(s) #momswritersclub

Hm good question! My characters’ voices are informed by their ages and the places they live. I will say, I think a lot more about how they smell than how they sound? #momswritersclub
