It was a pleasure to launch my book "A Taste for Purity. An Entangled History of Vegetarianism" together with Linda Ratschiller's book on "Medical Missionaries and Colonial Knowledge in West Africa and Europe" at the University of Fribourg. Both books critically investigate the concept of purity.
