Next time you’re applying for a job, any job, be sure to mention you were able to pick out a giraffe during a regular dementia test.

Let’s see how it plays out.

Bonta: The Ninth Circuit refused to stay the order. And so, for the first time in six months, we have no National Guard deployed on the streets of California.

Popok: Have they been taken off the streets?

Bonta: They have. It was required as of, I believe, Monday.

Thank you, Marc Elias. More need to stand up against the blackmail pressure from the convicted felon. Where is Neal Katyal?
I may be the only lawyer targeted by Trump willing to speak on camera, but for me it wasn't a choice. All of us have an obligation to speak out against what Trump is doing. All of us have an obligation to fight for democracy. I am fortunate to be a lawyer and to have a platform -- and I will use it.

Neal Katyal is one of the most brilliant Constitutional Lawyers of our era; because he knows that our Constitution is for the People, and NOT just for Corporations and the Powerful to profit off the backs of the working class - as John Roberts and the current Conservatives on SCOTUS seem to believe.

Fudali: The survivors have been wronged by administration after administration, Justice Department after Justice Department, for decades and decades. This is nothing new for them. They were exploited by Epstein, and then they were exploited by the politicians who surrounded themselves with Epstein.

By whom? For whom?

Yesterday we were all waiting in the Epstein line. Today, the entire country has turned into investigators, tracking which files are disappearing. Sixteen gone so far. There’s been a remarkable amount of teamwork, with people working together to identify the missing documents.

A very interesting (and ominous) article. Bonus, it also explains how that nuclear scientist at MIT who the Brown University shooter also murdered is tied into all of this.
BREAKING: Russia Is Buying Trump for $6 Billion — And It’s Happening in Plain Sight
A failing social media company. A Russian-backed fusion deal. AI panic. Presidential conflicts. And now, a dead American nuclear scientist. Tell me again this is “just a tech story.”

WOW: The DOJ has DELETED an image from its release of the Epstein files that shows photos of Trump in a drawer.

Yesterday, we noted that this image — file 468 — likely slipped through the cracks while officials were attempting to hide materials pertaining to Trump.

Now, it’s gone.

I don’t think the law passed by Congress said that DOJ has to release less than 1% of the materials by Dec 19.

HUGE NEWS from the new Epstein files:

Records show that Maria Farmer, who worked for Epstein, filed a "child pornography" report to the FBI in 1996.

The FBI has never before acknowledged that complaint. The case went nowhere, and mass abuse followed.

DOJ broke the law today by refusing to produce all the Epstein files. It also broke the law by redacting information other than to protect victims. Yet, the corporate media is acting that DOJ did us a huge favor.

Now, more than ever, help build independent, pro-democracy media. hubs.ly/Q03CbHTt0
