If I can fit a size 8 by the end of next month, I’ll have dropped 10 sizes in the year

I’m hoping to start my consulting for skin removal soon. I feel like that’ll remove a lot of the extra weight that is being annoying

But I’m back to averaging 1-2 pounds per week, so I’m grateful that I do that strict diet I just did
