Lucifer stayed out past curfew last night, and tried to nap all morning. I'm trying to keep her from becoming too nocturnal so we went outside and played for a bit. Looked out a while later to find her chilling in her den about to nap. Cats gonna cat.

Happy Mardi Gras for those who celebrate! Today is extra festive for me because I'm going to the embassy to renounce my US citizenship. It's something I have wanted to do for decades and I'm so happy to finally have a home here so I can do it. I'm still a New Orleanian forever though.🇧🇻🎉
