Yeah I think he did. They haven’t sacrificed future for win now so I don’t hate management yet. As long as they sell of once it’s clear playoffs are an afterthought and make some good picks, the team isn’t in as dire straits. Just hit on your high draft picks.

Players, coaches, they play to win. Contenders are built through years of good decision making. Coaches and players should play to win, but management should be focused on a youth movement. Take steps forward, don’t rush, don’t sacrifice the future

A 2 year step back would push this team much further up. They have a good development system in place.. use it.

I like McLeod a lot and he replaces the speed Chytil brought. Better defensively than he is offensively though, more of a 3C, and would eat up the cap space.
