Helping nature lovers bring the joy and wonders of the earth into their home environments through richly textured artworks.
Think winter walks are miserable? They’re actually saving my sanity. Fresh air, filtered light, and unexpected fungi are keeping me going. Watch the video and tell me what keeps you grounded this time of year.

What if a tree could hold prayers & miracles? “New Mercies” began as a living, breathing prayer, layered with handwritten requests, 40 days of prayer & fasting, a bare tree that slowly transformed. As prayers were answered, leaves were added, each a testimony of hope, healing & God’s faithfulness.

Winter sucks.

I’d love to hibernate like a bear and wake up in April.

Share if you agree.

Looking for a gift that feels truly thoughtful?

My “Entomology” series makes a one-of-a-kind gift for the nature lover in your life. Each artwork blends texture and natural details to highlight the quiet elegance of insects, bringing a little piece of the trail indoors, no matter the weather.

Nature heals. Art heals.
Together, they bring me back to myself—and I hope they bring you back to you, too.

Looking for the perfect stocking stuffer for the nature lover in your life? My “Traveling Companions” pack wonder, whimsy & love of the natural world into a tiny 3” treasure.

Each miniature insect portrait comes with its own little easel & has a magnetic backing, ready to brighten any small space.

The tiniest spaces hold the biggest adventures.

I’ve always been drawn to mini worlds: dollhouses, dioramas, & the imagined lives happening in the corners we never notice. There’s something about going small that makes everything feel expansive & full of possibility.

What if you could step inside a moment of peace?

Sanctuary (20x20” mixed media on wood panel) captures a quiet vineyard afternoon beneath a majestic tree, a place where sunlight, stillness & shelter all meet.

Part of “Tree-mendous!” exhibit at SMUD. I’d love for you to experience it in person.

It’s the little things that shape the big picture.

Every brushstroke, every kindness, every choice to support a small business, these tiny moments truly add up.

If this idea resonates, come take a look at the small works and nature-inspired pieces I’ve created.

Looking for a meaningful gift that actually supports a real artist this holiday season?

Tiny, one-of-a-kind artworks (with magnets on the back!) make thoughtful gifts that don’t pad a billionaire’s pockets… they uplift an individual artist and bring joy to the nature lover on your list.

This time of year, our choices matter more than we realize.

My newest blog post dives into why supporting small businesses creates real impact for makers, communities, and the people you love.

And if you’re gifting art this season, I’d be honored to be part of your story.

Ever been in a season so dark you wondered if light would ever return?

"Despite the Darkness" (48x36”) is a reminder that even in our deepest suffering, God hasn’t moved. Like Job, we can cling to the truths we do know: He’s with us, He loves us, and He will one day wipe every tear.

Did you catch that? A bee just popped in to check on me!
It’s amazing what you notice when you slow down for a second.
Hit ❤️ if you love these tiny surprises, and tell me your favorite unexpected nature moment.

Pssst!

These treasures are now in someone’s holiday gift stash- I couldn’t resist giving you a sneak peek!

There’s nothing like gifting a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted artwork, especially when you know there’s zero chance they’ll unwrap a duplicate (definitely happens in my family every year 😂).

Bluebird bath time = instant mood booster.

I couldn’t resist capturing these two enjoying their very own puddle spa. Nature really knows how to put on a show.

Share this with someone who needs a little delight today.

What if “letting go” could feel like coming home?

“Surrender,” mixed media on 8x8 panel, $275, is all about that quiet, nurturing rhythm in nature. Soft hues, layered textures, a gentle reminder that the circle of life is always holding us, even when we can’t see it.

I walk through a park near my house several times a week, nice, but a little sparse in places. I shared some of my California poppy seeds there, tucking them into sunny, open spots that could use a bit of love.

I can’t wait to see how many poppies pop up come spring!
