I made this strawberry rug for @eekdoesart.bsky.social for her birthday in 2023! I'm quite proud of how it turned out with the carving, which is basically shaving the rug in such a way to make its features clearer and 3 dimensional. #rugmaking #tufting

For my birthday in 2023 I was gifted a tufting gun! This lemon rug is less than a foot long. I intended to make a bigger lemon but the learning curve of using the gun for the first time forced me to work smaller. #rugmaking #tufting
