Today marks 26 years since the Admiral Duncan Nail Bombing. Three people died and 79 were injured. Hate crimes against LGBTQIA+ people are increasing dramatically. We stand in solidarity and remembrance, for those lost on that day and in similar attacks globally. #AdmiralDuncan

As an employer, I’ve never been required by law to obtain and then somehow ratify birth certificates for all employees, but this is the implication of the new guidance. I don’t think EHRC employees have ever run a service, organisation or event, or they would understand this simply isn’t practical.
Venkatakrishnan told reporters on a media call after posting quarterly results: “Following the Supreme Court ruling… we believe that we have to comply with that by not allowing trans women to use female bathrooms.”
