Despite what some politically-captured, wealthy, pastor/influencers might say, there are plenty of places in the Bible that indicate "the government" is supposed to help the poor, not just "individuals" or "the church." Using taxes to help the poor isn't evil. It is a mark of righteousness.

#ColumbusDay was created to honor Italian heritage following an 1891 lynching of eleven Italian Americans by White citizens. It's good to have days to remember those who suffered and celebrate their resilience and courage. And that is why #IndigenousPeoplesDay is a good addition to our calendar.

Especially if you are high-profile, high level of expertise, and highly paid...Publicly refusing to comply and forcing them to fire you is better than resigning in protest.
Don't throw away your power and privilege easily. Make them take it in as messy and public a way as you can.

I don't think people who were killed while attacking government buildings or lawmakers/politicians should be buried with military honors. And I don't think that should be controversial.

I didn't actually care that much about "releasing" the #EpsteinFiles. I'm uninterested in gossip or allegations. I wanted criminal investigations and prosecutions. However, lying or bragging that you'll release something that you later claim doesn't exist is still a giant red flag. 🚩🚩🚩
